We are a shared kitchen space with great amenities, conveniently located near I10 & the Warner Elliot Loop. Close to Tempe and Chandler. We're careful not to over commit our kitchen schedule so you'll always have a comfortable work environment with the space you need. 

 

Our facility is FDA registered too.

  • Charbroiler 36 inch

  • 6 burner stove with conventional oven

  • Stand mixer 20 quart

  • 8' prep tables

  • Lots of prep space

  • Water, trash and electric utilities are included

  • Community use items with a wide assortment of small wares, mixing bowls etc.

  • Detergents, sanitizers, cleaning products and garbage bags

Rates

Several details will be used to determine your lease amount. The hours of usage, the number of prep tables needed, number of employees occupying the kitchen and the amount of dry, cold and freezer storage needed all play a factor.

Below are 4 examples. They are for reference only and not a guaranteed or advertised rate. Rates are subject to change. Notice the number of hours listed below are for the entire MONTH, not per week.

20 Hours

  • Up to 20 hours per month kitchen usage

  • Specific days and times of access

  • 1 Dry storage shelf

  • Daytime use of walk-in cooler

  • 1 Prep table

  • No more than 2 people at any given time

  • Also included:

    • Trash, cleaning & sanitizing chemicals.

    • Water & electric

 

Starting $450 per month

 

40 Hours

  • Up to 40 hours per month kitchen usage

  • Specific days and times of access

  • 1 Dry storage shelf

  • Daytime use of walk-in cooler

  • 1-2 Prep table

  • No more than 2 people at any given time

  • Also included:

    • Trash, cleaning & sanitizing chemicals.

    • Water & electric

 

Starting $750 per month

Rates

60 Hours

  • Up to 60 hours per month kitchen usage

  • Specific days and times of access

  • 1 Dry storage shelf

  • Daytime use of walk-in cooler

  • 1-2 Prep table

  • No more than 3 people at any given time

  • Walk-in cooler & freezer space additional cost

  • Also included:

    • Trash, cleaning & sanitizing chemicals.

    • Water & electric

 

Starting $1,050 per month

80 Hours

  • Up to 80 hours per month kitchen usage
